My Journey

My professional journey began in 2017 when I joined Northeastern University. I serve as a Program Director for the College of Engineering and a devoted Professor. In my teaching role, I impart knowledge in Managerial Communication and Career Management, firmly grounded in my belief that all students can learn. I take pride in tailoring my teaching methods to cater to individual needs.

Having worked and learned in diverse countries, I’ve gained a global perspective and enriched experiences. Fluent in three languages, I can connect with people from various backgrounds and cultures.

As a Program Director and Professor, my commitment to higher education and student empowerment remains steadfast. This unique blend of roles allows me to guide and coach individuals, especially those with ADHD-related challenges.

Education & Research

My doctoral studies in Higher Education Administration at Northeastern were transformative. Focused on developing innovative instructional strategies and tools, my research aimed to empower college students with ADHD, especially in underserved areas. My passion extends to exploring how educational strategy, AI, machine learning, and autonomous mobility technologies can enhance the quality of life for people with ADHD.

Why I Became an ADHD Coach

Becoming an ADHD coach was a natural progression for me. I firmly believe in the unique strengths and talents of each individual. As an educator, I see the potential in every student. My coaching philosophy celebrates ADHD as a gift rather than a disorder. I’m here to help you transform perceived weaknesses into superpowers. In our coaching sessions, we guide individuals with ADHD in developing self-awareness.
